Elizabeth Banks Vs. The Octopus
Elizabeth Banks is everywhere this month, starring in W., Zack and Miri Make a Porno and Role Models.
More importantly (we like to think), she stars in the new Unscrew America spot, hitting the air this week.
Actor/writer John Lutz (30 Rock, SNL) is the voice of the octopus, who comes to thank her for switching her light bulb to an LED. Grossness ensues.

Home Depot takes back CFLs!
CFLs are great for the environment - but only if they're properly disposed of once they kick the bucket.
Now Home Depot is taking back CFLs at all of their stores. A huge breakthrough, since finding a place to drop off old bulbs (and the mercury inside) has been tricky. Previously, IKEA was the only nationwide retailer with a take-back program.
Of course, if you don't have a Home Depot or IKEA nearby, there's always Earth911.org, which will help you find drop-offs in your area.
